Order cancelled out the one put in place by Bush that severly limited access to the Presidential Record. Obama's Ex. Order set things back to how they were under Reagan. It had nothing to do with access to his personal records.

Prior to that, it was common practice for states with a surplus of SSNs to give them to states in need. I was born in PA and yet my SSN does not have the PA prefix. Second, the COLB issued by Hawaii is a prima facie document, it even makes that clear in the small type at the bottom. What that means is that by being issued, the DoH is ascertaining that a verified LFBC exists. It's like your Driver's License, but you won't be able to grasp that. Under Georgia law, the complaint had to be heard at an administrative hearing in Fulton County. This admin. judge may make a NON-BINDING recommendation to the Sec. of State based on the arguments given and NOTHING else.

Barack Obama will be on the ballot in all 50 states. He was born in Hawaii, is a citizen by birth (which mean citizenship was naturally bestowed upon him by the very nature of his birth--hence, "natural born citizen") and birthtards have been moving the goal posts and making up fictional, non-existent laws for the past 3+ years.
You don't have to be born in the USA to be considered a "natural born citizen". If you're born abroad and have one parent who is an natural born American you can be elected president. John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone, George Romney was born in Mexico, they both sought the GOP nomination. Even if Obama had been born in Kenya his mother was born in Kansas making him eligible as a candidate. The whole birther nonsense was total bullshit put forward by the GOP smear machine.

@navid500 When Obama was born, there was a law stating a mother who fathered a foreign child had to be 21 to be eligible for birth status. the 14th amendment says that people born in the US are citizens, it did not say they were US born citizens. Obama was also an indonesian citizen and to become that he would have had to renounce his citizenship because it didn't allow dual-citizenship, so even if he was US born in the first place he would have lost that status.

This legal document can only be executed by someone who is at least 18 years of age. Obama was in Indonesia form age 6-10 so it was impossible for him to have done so. You don't have to be born in the USA to be considered a "natural born citizen". If you're born abroad and have one parent who is an natural born American you can be elected president. John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone, George Romney was born in Mexico, they both sought the GOP nomination. As expected yesterday 11-18-11, the New Hampshire Ballot Commission ruled unanimously to keep President Obama on the Ballot.

@navid500 When Obama was born, there was a law stating a mother who fathered a foreign child had to be 21 to be eligible for birth status. the 14th amendment says that people born in the US are citizens, it did not say they were US born citizens. Obama was also an indonesian citizen and to become that he would have had to renounce his citizenship because it didn't allow dual-citizenship, so even if he was US born in the first place he would have lost that status.

The law on jus sanguinis applies only to those born outside the US and irrelevant to Obama. Your claims about Indonesian citizenship have no basis in fact, especially given that a child under ten years of age would be presumed too young to be able to voluntarily renounce his US citizenship.

The man Obama claims as his father was a subject of Britain, therefore, that makes Obama Jr...British by birth. Real simple....and since father was not citizen of USA, that makes Obama jr ineligible to be President, takes BOTH parents to be US citizens to be president.

Naturalization is a process that involves applying for Naturalization, leaning about US history, taking a test and in the end if you pass, being given a certificate of US Naturalization. If the stupid 16 year old is not a NBC as you have suggested and has not gone through the naturalization process then according to you he is an illegal alien.

Birthers seek to create a new type of US citizen for which there are no laws to regulate their citizenship. You stated that the stupid 16 year old was a naturalized citizen. @RememberPaulReve Further when one is overseas the only way to renounce US citizenship is by going to the US Embassy and signing an Oath of US Citizenship renouncement in front of a US official. This legal document can only be executed by someone who is at least 18 years of age. Obama was in Indonesia form age 6-10 so it was impossible for him to have done so. If anything he has dual citizenship The Supreme Court has already ruled in Perkins v Elg that dual citizens are eligible to be President

If he is born abroad to a US citizen mother and does not renounce his US citizenship by age 23, he is eligible to be President. If he is born abroad to a US citizen father and foreign mother, there are steps the father must take to ensure US citizenship by age 21, but if it is done, then he is eligible as well.
