Ultimate Ninja Storm 1 was the best of the UNS series... Even if it didn't have online. Most of online is just spamming and luck anyway. UNS1 has clashes, canceling jutsu's... Although the storyline/Single Player Campaign was kind of... repetitive. If it had more roaming around to different villages/areas, as well as item collecting, side missions, and character customization/leveling up... It would've been even better, but this is just my opinion. Generations is just gonna be a copy of UNS2.
1. Interactive stages. (Fighters can not only destroy the environment, but interact with it in other ways such as running up trees, using water to amplify lightning attacks, etc.)
2. 4-player online battles.
3. Multiple jutsus per character. (perhaps the right analog stick could be used to switch between jutsus in battle. Triangle+O would activate the selected jutsu).

@Noukhen The Ultimate Jutsus from Storm 2 weren't bad. What game did you play? If anything, the ones from Storm 1 were bad. I mean, look at Naruto's. Naruto's Ultimate Jutsu was beyond lame. Sasuke's Ultimate Jutsu was just a purple Chidori. Kakashi's was a double Lightning Blade which I don't think he could even possibly do. I don't know what Ino's was, but I know it didn't involve her Mind Transfer Jutsu, so it was lame. Choji's was beyond lame. Shikamaru's was actually good. Etc.

One. The large amount of people who play the Ultimate Ninja Storm games wouldn't play them if they sucked. Two. They wouldn't have even made a Storm 2 or a Generations if the series of games sucked. Three. The only thing that sucks about the game is how many of the players play it.

@Noukhen Dude. Some of them were actually pretty cool. I thought Minato's Ultimate Jutsu was cool. I also liked how the Ultimate Jutsu's just seemed to flow really nicely. I actually hated a lot of the Ultimate Jutsu from NUNS 1. I mean, it was just nearly impossible to hit the enemy with some of them. Like with Shikamaru. And Neji/Hinata/Itachi, too. Sure, they looked really cool, but it was just really annoying to land on an enemy. xD
@Croach193 And they probably aren't going to make the Ultimate Jutsu as long and good as the ones in NUNS1 because they're obviously just trying to make every fight as fast as quick as they can make it. I mean, honestly. First, they clearly make the Ultimate Jutsu shorter and make them less flashy, up the game speed in NUNS2, remove clashes, all to make the fights quicker. And now, they up the game speed again and they provide a Substitution Gauge, to keep fights from lasting forever.
Whining about how lame the Ultimate Jutsu are isn't going to get you anywhere. Neither is constantly asking about clashes, other people. Don't be so negative and just look at the good parts of the game. Honestly, this game is going to be awesome, I don't care about the Ultimate Jutsu or the clashes or whatever. @jerfimuzumaki The thing that attracts me to Storm isn't the fact that it's pretty. I like being able to feel like I have more control over the character. In the original Ultimate Ninja games, it just felt all fake and lame, even for a game. With Storm, I'm not just limited to moving left, right, up, and down. It has the feel of what a fight from the show would be like, more than the original Ultimate Ninja games would, anyway.
@Croach193 In Storm 1, I was fighting Gaara as Sasuke in the Chuunin Exam arena. He threw a bunch of sand shuriken at me. The only ways to avoid them in the original games would be to run up the side wall and jump over it, switch to a new plane, substitute, or just block it. In Storm, I can run behind one of the trees in the arena and use it as cover or I can try to get lucky and outrun them. You have more freedom in these games, and that's what I love about them. xD
@jerfimuzumaki The old ones didn't require any skill. Lol, it was also a pain in the ass. I remember playing against my cousin in Ultimate Ninja 3, probably. Gaara had this annoying basic sand attack that was a bitch to dodge. My cousin spammed this attack repeatedly and slaughtered me, because I was trying to fight him fairly during it all. It doesn't require skill. You can have no skill and still be good at the old games. xD

Yeah guys, this game definitely isn't going to be a UNS 2.5, with all the shit they're adding it's certainly going to be an all new game. Plus, what people don't realize is that sequels aren't supposed to completely change anything, they're just supposed to be more expansive as well as throw in some additional features and additions to the story and modes; which is exactly what this game does...
I personally don't care if its said to be "the same game" or "2.5". Stop complaining, you should all be happy that they actually made a 3rd one, I haven't played any of the previous Ultimate Ninja Storms, I've been trying to get UNS 2 for a while now, but hardly any game shops are selling it, so it shows how many people don't sell the game back once they finished it since it's a good game. Looking forward to this one a lot :)

@Noukhen The Ultimate Jutsus from Storm 2 weren't bad. What game did you play? If anything, the ones from Storm 1 were bad. I mean, look at Naruto's. Naruto's Ultimate Jutsu was beyond lame. Sasuke's Ultimate Jutsu was just a purple Chidori. Kakashi's was a double Lightning Blade which I don't think he could even possibly do. I don't know what Ino's was, but I know it didn't involve her Mind Transfer Jutsu, so it was lame. Choji's was beyond lame. Shikamaru's was actually good. Etc.

One. The large amount of people who play the Ultimate Ninja Storm games wouldn't play them if they sucked. Two. They wouldn't have even made a Storm 2 or a Generations if the series of games sucked. Three. The only thing that sucks about the game is how many of the players play it.

@Noukhen Dude. Some of them were actually pretty cool. I thought Minato's Ultimate Jutsu was cool. I also liked how the Ultimate Jutsu's just seemed to flow really nicely. I actually hated a lot of the Ultimate Jutsu from NUNS 1. I mean, it was just nearly impossible to hit the enemy with some of them. Like with Shikamaru. And Neji/Hinata/Itachi, too. Sure, they looked really cool, but it was just really annoying to land on an enemy. xD

@Croach193 And they probably aren't going to make the Ultimate Jutsu as long and good as the ones in NUNS1 because they're obviously just trying to make every fight as fast as quick as they can make it. I mean, honestly. First, they clearly make the Ultimate Jutsu shorter and make them less flashy, up the game speed in NUNS2, remove clashes, all to make the fights quicker. And now, they up the game speed again and they provide a Substitution Gauge, to keep fights from lasting forever.

I'm just happy that they're merging the games, because I like playing NUNS1 for the original characters, but I like playing NUNS2 for the combat system.(c)

It feels like I'm playing something that's visually as close to the anime as a game can get. I'm really glad they added Haku and Zabuza into the game and that they gave Kisame his Shark form thing. xD, the duration and the "perfect" quality of the Ultimate Jutsu, along with the clashes, doesn't mean much, because the game is still good.

I just they would make a sequel to that for ps3 , with online modes and a lot of new characters... but well , accel 2 didn't make as money as storm does , cause its not as pretty and it doesn't atract little kids like storm does , so they'll just milk it like the budokai games.

no air grabbing , no jutsu clashing , no guard breaking combo , chakra too easy to get,overpowered characters , no more walking on walls , no combo linking , "time stop" for ultimate jutsus.I could go on and on , but I think I've made my point...
Bandai should go back and make ultimate ninja games like they use to.

@jerfimuzumaki The thing that attracts me to Storm isn't the fact that it's pretty. I like being able to feel like I have more control over the character. In the original Ultimate Ninja games, it just felt all fake and lame, even for a game. With Storm, I'm not just limited to moving left, right, up, and down. It has the feel of what a fight from the show would be like, more than the original Ultimate Ninja games would, anyway.

@Croach193 In Storm 1, I was fighting Gaara as Sasuke in the Chuunin Exam arena. He threw a bunch of sand shuriken at me. The only ways to avoid them in the original games would be to run up the side wall and jump over it, switch to a new plane, substitute, or just block it. In Storm, I can run behind one of the trees in the arena and use it as cover or I can try to get lucky and outrun them. You have more freedom in these games, and that's what I love about them. xD

@jerfimuzumaki The old ones didn't require any skill. Lol, it was also a pain in the ass. I remember playing against my cousin in Ultimate Ninja 3, probably. Gaara had this annoying basic sand attack that was a bitch to dodge. My cousin spammed this attack repeatedly and slaughtered me, because I was trying to fight him fairly during it all. It doesn't require skill. You can have no skill and still be good at the old games. xD

I mean , wheres the depth?! wheres air grabbing? wheres defense breaking combos?wheres jutsu clashing? wheres ultimate jutsu cancelling? the chakra is too easy to get , making it less competitive , characters have only one jutsu , the awakenings are overpowered and temporary , the ninja tools suck , and are limited to the preset of every character....
I could go on , but I think I already made my point right?

Yeah guys, this game definitely isn't going to be a UNS 2.5, with all the shit they're adding it's certainly going to be an all new game. Plus, what people don't realize is that sequels aren't supposed to completely change anything, they're just supposed to be more expansive as well as throw in some additional features and additions to the story and modes; which is exactly what this game does...

I personally don't care if its said to be "the same game" or "2.5". Stop complaining, you should all be happy that they actually made a 3rd one, I haven't played any of the previous Ultimate Ninja Storms, I've been trying to get UNS 2 for a while now, but hardly any game shops are selling it, so it shows how many people don't sell the game back once they finished it since it's a good game. Looking forward to this one a lot :)
