I'm glad you mentioned the strange images we get when we're in the coma-like state. I was in one the other day and was just exhausted after watching 2 days of the latest CFSAC conference and I saw a gross pig whose eye suddenly popped out of its socket. It was disgusting. It's interesting you mentioned you've seen animals exploding.
I'm a double decader too, I no longer work and I always have to eat right and rest. I even watched the vids lying down for cryin' out loud.
im sorry if this vlog upset you, but it is to show that it is normal to have some rather nasty side effects-i want people to NOT be scared of side effects because they are going to happen to some people anyway and fearing them can make them more scary when they come, acceptance is hard but sometimes neccessary.
I could barely watch this video! When you started to describe the vision and then the panic I sort panicked too. So obviously I thoughts are with you, for unfortunately you can't push the stop button.
oh and i still get sleep problems, i often wake gagging for air my partner has to help me because i choke so badly, sometimes i wake with my hands down my throat as i feel like im choking on objects where i cant get any air, its an awful feeling, its like your body wakes you to breathe its abit like an asthma attack...
Have you ever been tested for sleep apnea? It sounds like your airway is being blocked during the night and interupting your sleeping patterns. I would get tested for that right away as it contributes to the fatigue you already have.
i think it depends on the individual i just disagree with medication(i have various reasons)-but if you have a serious deficiency found through blood testing then its different,i dont know how i got through my depression-not because it wasnt serious because it was but i did somehow manage without drugs...
I can't sit upright at all without anti-spasmodics - basically diazepam and some other stuff. I have been in thh kind of pain that morphine didn't touch - unable to move and pissing myself in bed and managed to lessen it through meditation so I am well aware of the power of the mind - but I have to say if I hadn't taken the anti-depressanats when I did - I would be dead. I am also very pleased that modern medicine is able to offer analgesia...
When I first got ill I didn't sleep at all for 2 years.. Dr's tried everything - even sedation - dodn't work - lucid dreaming and horrible nightmares are a common thing.. Also the 'feeling like you are going to die' symptom - in whatever way it manifests itslef is common - and detailed in the epidemic outbreaks. Disagree on drug thing - when things get really bad there is no other choice - I would be dead without them and no amount of dietry changes have helped.
thanks sarah its good to know im not crazy, i am looking forward to giving up work now coz i know i am in deep need of the rest! im just hanging in for two more months.
i think this can be changed dramatically by a diet change... im slowly working my way down the list of toxins - already given up caffeine and dairy but will talk more in my next video hopefully this weekend :)
the answer is Jesus!
