First of all, people rarely just offer you drugs out of the blue unless your in the fucking HOOD. Second, If you turn down drugs in the hood, especially in a rude manner, the dealer is likely to feel inclined to kick your ass. Third, if someone offered me weed, and I had money, I would say "HELL TO THE YES!!!".

I'm all for freedom of choice but I think kids should be told to "say no" until they understand what the effect of each specific things use is. They should be taught very young about how the stuff we ingest affects our bodies. I also feel that if and/or when anyone decides to SAFELY experiment with anything, it would be without fear of punishment. SAFELY is what comes from education.
