  • thanks a lot mate, I've really loved your tips, they're really simple and easy and can easily be done at home, I'm straight away going at your site, I'd really appreciate it if u could tell me as to how much do you recommend us doing these exercises and for how long each time, thanks a tonne.

  • Seriously speaking though, how long would such exercises need to be carried out in order to lose fat? I usually do a workout 5 times a week, so if I wanted to use these for an entire workout of 30 minutes how many would I need to do for each for it to be effective in fat loss?
