I noticed on your web page that it does not show you selling a complete circuit as shown, I would like to purchase the excate circuit as shown, with the displays to show temps. Also since im am purchasing this for a project in school I would need the schematic, can you tell me if this is possible?
I'm currently working on a solar thermal water heating system, I'm almost done with the mechanical hardware part.... How can you assist me with building a differential controller like yours? I suck at programming too :(
Hello, great demonstration of your solar water heater controller, simple yet very effective. What type of temperature probes are you using? Is it a simple thermistor?

do you have the schematics for this?

All that on/off cycling can not be good for either the pump motor, or the relay contacts...

this is cool what does it cost how much power to make it run it. is this like a reculating pump?
tha cheap guy

@iwantosavemoney The controller uses very little current, bur the pump uses more depending on how big it
is. The pump I use is 12 volt about 1.5 amps Google solarfriend to see the complete system.

Pretty cool controller! But it is doing way too much cycling of and on for the temperature difference to be almost 30 degrees. Why is that?

Cycling time is adjustable to suit your setup
