Well no, he's quite right in pronouncing it "rev", as it is in Munster.
Pronouncing "raibh" as "rev" is preferable for learners since the pronunciation "row" would suggest the spelling "rabha".
Is iontach feiscint go bhfuil suim ag daoine thar lear i nGaelainn, agus go bhfuil múinteoir ar an gcaighdeán ard so acu!
It's great to see that people abroad have an interest in Irish, and that they have a teacher of such a high standard!
