I feel for you on the back problems. I have a ruptered disk myself I am forcing myself to live with it until I get the gastric bypass surgery, then will get it taken care of.  I cant even get an MRI because I cant fit in the damn machine and last time I had one was 2 years and 60 lbs ago and I barely fit then, NO WAY will I do that again until I lose some of this weight! You look great and I hope you have a blast at the concert!

Thanks! I ruptured it from bending down and picking up a sock off the floor believe it or not. My weight has caused my disks to be fragile any way. I had surgery 1 1/2 years ago for a ruptured disk and at that time the neurosurgeon said my other disks were in a frail state because of my weight.

oh no! that's so strange.. just picking up a sock! did your surgeon give you any supplements or minerals to take to strengthen your bones or anything? any exercises? i'm just so scared that i'm going to have to have surgery too.

No, just told me to try and be careful and to try and lose some weight. As for the surgery, it wasnt bad. My husband did take good care of me and changed the dressing and treated my incision every day. It was so worth it to not have that pain anymore. Well for a year and a half anyway,,,,Im right back to being in constant pain again. Please let me know what the neurosurgeon tells you. I will keep sending good thought vibes your way in hopes that you dont have to have surgery.

It must have been great to hear that all the scrubs were going to be way to big! I'm glad they were able to find out what was wrong with your back. I've had back problem for a couple of years too ,so I feel your pain. I hope all goes well with what ever treatment they provide.

I am so glad they are figuring out what is wrong with your back. I remember my back pain when I was overweight, and I can't imagine it being as bad as a fractured disk.

You, BTW, look stunning. Man I wish I could tan like that. LOL I just burn and peal. I am glad you are still posting now and again. I really miss you.

thanks bec! and i'll tell you a secret. i use gradual self tanning moisturizer as well. so, maybe you can try that? it doesn't leave me orange at all. i've been using the new nivea gradual tanning with firming stuff.

MRI's are super loud and scarey for sure...I had one for my knee and had to be in there for 45 min.
