I love watching this storyline man it was so amazing!! I love all the actors omg I'm gonna miss the actor who played Michael he was so gorgeous and talented geez. Honestly, I don't think it matters if Michael is Sonny's "biological son" because he protects him like he is his blood. Just because they don't share the same DNA doesn't mean he is any less of a father to him, in my opinion that is his father, biologcal or not he still treats him like he is his biological son.

Well, he wasn't going to shoot him. But Dante was smart enough to figure out that the "mission" was a trap. So the only thing Sonny could do was shoot him right then and there, or else Dante would have arrested him. :)

One of the best episodes in a long time. The writers and actors did an amazing job. MB, JMB and DZ were fantastic and all are worthy of an Emmy nomination. he was an under cover cop in sonnys organization....and got in really deep with them and sonny kind of looked at him like a son...then dante showed up to arrest him...and that was him mom that walked in but sonny didnt know that and he is in love with her!!!!....and obviously he found out he just shot his son he didnt know about!!!

Poletti is an unknown, all we know is what Dante stated, that the man was a Cop in his neighborhood good to all the kids, and was a father figure to him, He made Dante wanna become a cop, Poletti was supposedly gunned down by Sonny and his crew and that's why Dante have a personal vendetta against Sonny, but from the way Sonny stated he dosen't remember killing Poletti, I have a feeling someone else killed him.

I almost had a heart attack watching today. I swear, the drama was so high, I didn't think my heart could take it. Such amazing performances today, def Emmy worthy on all accounts. DZ took the cake though, especially when he was talking about Mr. Poletti and when Sonny said he didn't remember him but he prob deserved to die. The look on Dante's face was so crushing. The intensity of this scene is incredible. And DZ/MB have such a believable father/son dynamic. Not only do they look similar, but they are both amazing actors. So I'm telling my husband about this scene and we're joking a little about the drama of it all. He asked me if the kid (Dante) dies and I told him of course not, the actor's on contract, they have to make a big story of the paternity revelation, etc. His reply was, "So, it'll be like, 'Oh, you're a great dad! Yippee!'" He was referring to Buzz Lightyear finding out Zurg was his father in Toy Story 2 and at the end of the movie they're out playing catch together! I laughed at the comparison!
