haha, yeah, yours are the first set I ever made. Came out perfect. Took forever though, lol. I've got it down to about 15-20 minutes per wheel, not including sanding the lip down.
you can't buy them. This is the only way to get a 1.7 (instead of 1.9) beadlock wagon wheel. The closest thing is the 1.9 RC4WD, and while a good wheel, it doesnt look as good as these. I have a set of their wheels. the 1.7 looks more scale on the trucks.
Thanks. Glad to hear its useful. I had posted this info in a thread on scale4x4rcDOTorg but since I needed another set of these it occured to me to make a video in addition.
Glad this can help! I've been running those black ones for almost a year without issue. In fact, these wheels show up in lots of my get together videos either on this truck or on the toyota before this.
LMAO. A while back I did a "Cutting with string" video where you can hear my (just woke up) voice, lol. Actually, you can hear my voice in some of the get together videos talking as we shoot and drive...
to keep it centered stick a bolt or metal rod in the hole

I've found that using a spare stub axle works pretty well too. Thanks for the advice!
