Kingler's speed is ev trained, it has a decent base speed, and it probably has jolly nature. It also has a salac berry btw

@GEOFFREYprt Not a good team. Firstly, you have many problems with movesets. Most of your pokemon have 2-3 moves of the same type, when you only need 1 move per STAB type on the set. Infernape also should use Flare Blitz>any special Fire move if you EV him in Atk. Secondly, take out your legendaries; most matches generally exclude them. Only Uber matches allow them, and your current sets are crap anyway. You need a wall-breaker or 2 as well to prevent sweep-stops. Taunt sets are good for that.

Thing is, in HG/SS, Kinger now has Agility as well, so he can make up for his poor speed. When you have 394 Attack, and almost 500 Speed, not a lot is going to stop you, especially as Kingler's Defence is quite decent as well.
