My private trumpet teacher said that Arturo is a real tough guy to train with. lol

I'm not a big fan of his upper register. Just doesn't sound very good to me.

But I do love his music.

The thing with Arturo is that you have to remember that the man is a virtuoso, like Maynard was or Wynton Marsalis for that matter. It's very difficult to be in the same league he's in.
