  • @sonsateable Certainly a few vids here. Some foods I show a basic method, others more authentic. I mix it up. As anything, some are more interesting than others (some a bit odd). Variable audience with variable tastes.

  • @JessicaPersonalChef Hello Jessica. A classic recipe that can be changed a bit as to one's desires. Variable cheese or sauce can make it a unique recipe. I just use a simple marinara sauce or tomato sauce. The trick is not to over cook the chicken in the frying stage (leave it a bit pink) as it will finish cooking in the oven. Too many fry the chicken until cooked. It will just be too dry after the baking stage.

    I could enjoy some now actually :)

    Yes, a few easy skills is all it usually takes to win folks over. I started with one dish I liked and then tried another. Eventually a few are in the pocket for when the in-laws visit.

  • umm in this recipe isnt it a high chance that the chicken will be over cooked? to fry in the frying pan and then baking it? cuz i think it might be overcooked

    Quite right, if you need or want to catch an ingredient or technique, just rewind and pause when needed...

    That's part of KtC's video philosophy and I think it's great!

    As I realized recently, from his msg, if you don't care for it, it's only a minute of your time...if you like it, you'll take time to pause and take notes....

    A Unique way to impart what's of interest to you, and of interest to him...

    They don't have to agree, but you have the option!

    well, it's great that you tried real italian food! most of the time when i go abroad they really have a strange idea of italian food :D but i guess it's the same with any international cuisine (like chinese...i doubt we eat exactly what they eat in china!)

    one of my fave italian cheeses is fontina, is like cheddar in consistency. Very nice!

    I wil note a very strong Italian influenced cuisine in N.A. . Many a good dining establishments about (me Canadian). The cuisine also goes back a hundred years (and more) when immigrants worked with what they had.. So things do get changed around. I love European foods and their love (and respect) for it.
