Actually there could be a way to fix this.... Who owns the video and the mp3 can build them up in Windows Movie Maker. Just add titles at beginning and credits at the end - so the video is © to you and not copied directly as it appears on TV. I am not aware of other Copyright issues with WMG though - so they could come and delete the audio again :/
