@PorkchopLSX It all has to do with DA... I have trapped 117 in my stock C5Z here in Chicago but I bet if I where to go to the West coast where the DA is higher and temps are higher i would probably trap in the 112-113 area...
@rickg156 in his C5 generation, the z06 only came in the Coupe version which basically doesn't have a removable hard top, but a fixed roof. Looks like the convertible with an aftermarket hardtop welded into it. The z06 model also had the rear air brake vents to help with cooling, and I believe wider tires, and unique z06 rims. On the new models, it comes with a hood scoop, bigger side engine vents, a wind splitter for downforce, different rims, ets. The main differences are in the mechanics.
12.5 at 113 sounds plenty respectable for a stock 02 Z, but don't you wonder where the extra mph is that all the car magazines kept getting from it?
Motortrend, Motorweek, and C&D all claimed 118-119mph traps with the stock Goodyears. I have never seen it duplicated real world...

not sure but the trap seems kind of low. time is spot on, but these usually trap around 116-118 stock

good time. the fastest time ive seen was done by Ranger which as less than 12 seconds.
