This concert was filmed while Liza was appearing at the Olympia in December 1968. An LP album was released by A&M as well as TV concert version which was shown on French TV. However, given some of the comments below, it looks like the program may've been show in other European countries as well, as well as Russia. To my knowledge, the film was never shown in North America but a few bootleg 16 mm copies ended up in private hands. The concert was filmed in colour by the way.
