Well it is a "safer" way to remove it quickly, but it is possible to re-grab Jill without the use of flash. It does require the other player to pay attention though, just shoot Jill again and she will have a small opening where you can restrain her, it's very brief though. Otherwise, you can check out hsypersakura2009's video, that's fast.

Also, the damage the device takes is pre-defined, it requires 7 hits from anything, magnums will only make you look stupid when/if you miss and kill Jill.

another easy way is 2 use the 500 mag fully upgraded but you MUST hit the device on her chest or you WILL kill her lol
