hey whats the best way to train for this? do you train the same stuff every day? ive been lifting weights for "bodybuilding" for a little while and i use a 3 day split working out complimentary muscle groups on different days and allowing rest days, all with the purpose of building muscle size. but i really want to learn this sport and how to become a bar athlete, so how should i change up my routine for this? any suggestion much appreciated thanks
@bloodymarry I am not vegan (guy with the shades in the video) but my diet has only small portions of meat. And I am not sure about Arash ( back flips)
Dude, still haven't had a response from you on your diet/nutrition (previously already stating that I checked VeganCalisthen-x out and saw the types of food you guys eat) but what do You prepare for yourself personally?
Also, were you ever "fatter" or bigger in size before?
and What are your personal motivations to keep working at it/ how do you drive yourself? @nashmedina
thanks lots bro! and thanks for inspiring all of us here :)
@IamHueGraves THanks bro. And I'm shaved LOL. I've been training hard for about 6 years. But have been dedicated to calisthenics bodyweight training for two years now.
@mw2montage99 I can do 30-35 . To get really good at them I trained them almost every day I trained. Obviously not full pull up workouts everyday but a few sets will do you. And you will progress more each time.
Man you guys are fun to watch, post more vids!!!!!!

1:05 - Frank does a one arm pull up but is too concentrated on how comfortable his hat feels on his head. That's how boss he is.
