actually, nintendo flat out said their intent wasn't on next gen graphics. it's on pushing gaming forward with new ideas. as a gamer that grew up seein the evolution from c64, atari and the likes, i care about how fun a game is. not wat its turnin into with newer gamers: has to have the best graphics, no challenege, and a great story. its not a movie, its a game. ur supposed to try to win a game, not play a movie.

As for the game, spending most of my time playing games from the 90's and 2D shit, I don't care much about graphics as long as the game doesn't look sloppy. I CAN appreciate good graphics, but they aren't essential. I mean, RE Darkside Chronicles looks jawesome! Anyway, this game was made to take advantage of the 360's capabilities, with massive amoutns of zombies and shit. In this case, yes, the 360's higher specs actually ARE part of the fun of the game, so it sucks on the Wii.

If you want to buy dead rising,get it on xbox 360.The contrals are crappy so is the gameplay.360 version has better grahics but aiming is easier on wii.Or you can get the ps3 version if there is even one...

meh. jk on my last comment. i have xbox 360, wii and ps3 and ps2. i dont like the wii, the only reason i have ps3 is cuz of blu ray, but we bought reg blu ray player cause of ps3 not doing everything good. xbox is a good console, except for paying for live. And if i had more games on ps3 i would play it, but we only have Skate, and i dont like it. And for ps2 i like it but its old, so i could be a xbox 360 fanboy ^^

The thing about the Wii is that it has very few good third party games. While Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy, and LoZ: The Twilight Princess were some of the best games I've ever played, the fact is that the vast majority of the games released for Wii are just cheap "Party" games that rely on gimmicks. If companys OTHER than Nintendo knew how to make a descent game for the Wii, I'd be a lot happier with my purchase.

You can actually put Melee in the Wii, play it, and through gameshark, have all the characters on screen at the same time. Yet, doing this on a GCN makes the game crash. Having said that, I believe it makes your comment a flat out lie. Yes, the Wii is less graphically powerful (among other things), but dont make shit up either

if you have a wii and xbox 360,get both,but i would advise getting the xbox version,the graphics are so much better,but on the wii you get to reload and pick up ammo.and aim your wii remote,not with the 360 anolag sticks....
