Both major political parties have used maps with crosshairs on them to signify races they want to target. Many are guilty of saying things like "I'm gonna kill you" when we're angry at someone. It's possible that an unstable person might actually do that. The best way to deal with those people is to make sure that they get the help that they need when it's evident and to prevent them from getting weapons. With JL, the signs were there, but nobody did anything.

My folks are military so I go to school on base and a little bit after this event there was a supposed shooter on base. Someone was driving and seen what they thought to be a man with a gun gun, but it wasn't. They locked our school down for five hours that was supposed to be a half day but turned into a full day.

He was a person that was so full of hate that he decided to kill innocent people. No politician on the left or the right condoned this behavior. Many are guilty of saying things like "I'm gonna kill you" when we're angry at someone. It's possible that an unstable person might actually do that. The best way to deal with those people is to make sure that they get the help that they need when it's evident and to prevent them from getting weapons. With JL, the signs were there, but nobody did anything.

My folks are military so I go to school on base and a little bit after this event there was a supposed shooter on base. Someone was driving and seen what they thought to be a man with a gun gun, but it wasn't. They locked our school down for five hours that was supposed to be a half day but turned into a full day.

This is just too much of a coincidence, AND if she really sustained a head injury as severe as claimed, she would be completely out of it and permanently disabled, in her affect and emotions. Plus, there was hardly ANY blood at the scene, on the stretcher --- just a tiny little bit of blood on a gauze on her head. The emergency personnel should have had at least some blood on their uniforms. A severe head injury would certainly result in intense bleeding

Consider the fact that the shooter's target was a DEMOCRAT, not a REPUBLICAN. Also, the fact that conservatives are the ones who love guns and talk about murdering people who disagree with them, not liberals. Gee, I wonder what side of the political spectrum he was on!

The Arizona shooter, Jared Loughner was a liberal pothead. In order for a true mental illness to be diagnosed one must be clean for two years for brain chemistry to normalize enough for a proper diagnosis. The left is trying to blame it entirely on mental illness now that it has been established that he was a liberal. (see my About Me for link)
At first the left not only blamed Palin & Beck for the shooting but campaigned to revoke Palin’s right to freedom of speech.

@athabascka Al Qaeda (not the countries of Iraq, Afghanistan, or Pakistan) were involved with the attack on the world trade center and you are correct. But you think that fighting is the answer? Not one of those people who died in the world trade center would want our troops to go into these countries and die. Al Qaeda is successfully doing exactly what they wanted, disrupt and cause chaos in America. Bin Laden's terrorist goals have been facilitated by our 'attempt to take out terrorism'.
