  • That looks awfully lot like "Bluemobile's car) from CVN....Are you him, or fackforthis?

  • Comment removed

  • so, about how much should one expect to plunk down for all that performance modification?

  • Turbocharged

  • @s9dexhjo Technically yes... but more specifically a supercharger ;)

  • @midnightstalkerman how is it a supercharger it looks like a turbo on their with pies down to exhaust.

  • @s9dexhjo you know theres 2 different types of superchargers right?

  • sounds great. How much did it set you back? I have a 2003 GM Ultimate that scoots pretty good for such a big car, I would like to make it run a bit more like a Marauder.

  • HAHAHAHA cop chip

  • LOL cop chip

  • Hey man ive got the same car, but mines a 2000 mercury grand marquis

I really wanna get it to go faster

Im doing 0 to 60 in about 8 or 9 right now

I just wanna put my ricer friends in their place

What do i have to do to make my grand marquis faster?

Im just startin out and could use any advice

    thanks!

  • @jakedaron word i just got the 95 and i want some things done you can get a dual exaust for it that will help out a little to start you of and a air cooler witch isnt much but it helps a little just some small stuff to help out

  • @jakedaron You need to put a nice exhaust on it and a cold air intake. Your SOHC engine is only 250 HP and 300 LB-FT of torque and you're moving a heavy car, that is over 4,000 lbs. It depends on your budget. Start with a good exhaust and cross over pipe. If you have cash, then upgrade the rear differential to 3:55 or 4:10 gears, as it will get you going faster in such a heavy car, and make sure it's a limited slip differential. Stepping up to supercharger is next step

  • @alexnds1 the 4.6L 2 valve sohc 281 cid is way better with 3.73's...the 4.10's are good for the 4.6l 4 valve....a 2000 grand marquis is 215hp stock do to the npi heads that have crappy cams..if he swaps out the cams for mhs stage 1 or 2 cams he will put down the same numbers as a pi head engine.....the npi heads flow the same but with better torque then pi heads once you swap out the cams..add a set of stainlessworks long tube headers with a o/r h or x-pipe and she will run NICE....

  • @jakedaron look at mine.......if you would like some help let me know.....i can help you

  • nice blow off valve sounds nice

  • the "cop chip" stenciling on the supercharger is priceless...XD

  • Why is the fender off? and how much fun was that rear main? Did you drop the trans to do it?

  • like the video but whats the point??

  • Where can i look for Mercury Marauder wheels and a Procharger kit for a Marquis?

  • love the car how much did you spend on the build i have a 97 towncar iv been wanting to do that to forever car sounds great man keep up the good work!!!

  • how you got away with out the coil packs? and do she run better?

  • @yoshi86 What do you mean? The coil packs are still there.

  • @Marquism76 i want ta put headers but i dont know where to find some do yhu have any sites...?
