Since my ascendant is 15 degrees Scorpio, does that mean I (and others who have degrees outside the range you spoke of, 4 to 10) will not have any influence from Jupiter in Taurus in the 7th house? Thank you for the forecast, the prayer, and in advance for your response (if possible).

you will also feel Jupiter but not as much as those who will have Jupiter pass three times exactly on their relationship axis, which is the opposite degree of the Ascendant. They will really have a very marked effect, the others will just feel gently the expanding and healing energy of Jupiter on their relationships, but it will not be the full positive influence, which for example can bring a marriage, a very beneficial contract, some big success in your partners life,etc

Hi Lada. Your predictions are very accurate, thank you. I am feeling the energy of the solar eclipse in my 9th house already I think, as well as jupiter in the 7th. I have been having regular interactions and a date with a foreigner as of last week. Is it normal to feel the effects before the eclipse? Although the Sun is in the 9th house too.

Thank you. I have been feeling the energies you mentioned. I keep telling myself to go with the flow when it seems like the flow is in the middle of a hurricane. Sun at 12 Cancer, Moon 17 Scorpio, Asc & Neptune 6 Scorpio and Mars in Taurus at 10.
