Final Fantasy XII: Gambit Battle System

I actually like the idea that Final Fantasy XII introduced that was expanded on in Final Fantasy XIII that u could see the enemies on the field. I had a big problem w/ the random encounters while I was playing FF4 for the DS b/c I was really low on health and MP and I died every ten minutes.

ok the gambit battle system is shit they shulda left it as original battle system that everyone enjoys. crisis core battle system is ok same as tactice but i dont like the gambit battles system is crap

when does the gambit option come up on ur menu? cos im at the palae atthe begining wen ur sneaking in and the gambit option isnt on my menu. does it come like after a while into the game?

you have to find it on your skill grid(or what ever its called I dont play this anymore) its a move u have to unlock

by any chance, do you know what it means when a perty member's name is glowing? i never figured it out.

When it glows red? it means when that person is being targeted for a reason. Such as a spell getting cast on them or an enemy targeting them
