Interesting way of looking at this. I agree. The social dimension and collaboration bits are what bring about effective learning. A super learner therefore needs to be able to connect and collaborate with others. Sharing is also an important attribute - as well as facilitating others to share. Thank you for your comment.

I liked this presentation,looks like super learners are one more type of person like mavens, or connectors as described in the Tipping point, or maybe they are just another way to look at those properties from Learning point of view.
