My bad. I mean first pause the video and then move the slider to the beginning. Then hit HD and fullscreen. There should be less lag than.

READ IMPORTANT: I figured out that for some reason if you click on HD after video has started it starts lagging. Click on HD and move the slider back to beginning. This should decrease the lag of video. Also I read somewhere you can try putting "&fmt=22" at the end of the URL.
