This MKZ looks impressive but I have not sat in it as yet. I can't afford one thats for sure. Benz doesn't have a good long term record and a lot of the german luxury cars didn't do well in the long run. No wonder a lot of them are just leased. Japanese cars do very well in the long term I'm afraid and sell high in the used car market.

I just dumped my 2007 E-class which was a overpriced P.O.S.The car was nice but it was in the shop as much as out, Mercedes also charged $300 each time to change the oil and wanted $275 to fluch the braking system 15 months after puchase because they said the "born on date" was coming up on 2 years! I own a 2006 Mark LT and a 2006 Navigator, these cars havn't given me any problems,They ride quiet,drive and stop safely and keep my money in the USA. Oh yeah and look great !

The Lincoln Towncar is considered one of the best and most dependable luxury sedans ANY manufacturer has ever made -and that's according to Consumer Reports. I can vouch as someone who has owned Lincoln, Mercedes and BMW flagship sedans, that my Lincoln was the most dependable of all of them, had the softest ride, and when it did go into the shop, was the cheapest to repair. That being said, the new Linc's are butt ugly inside and out.
Hey Kelsy, does the 2010 MKZ have available VSC or (Vehicle Stability Control)? Because allot of critics complained about the lack of that available feature on the previous MKZ.
mks cost more, with a it more standard equipment. mkz is nice too. blind spot monitoring and cross traffic alert. nice safety features. the new taurus can even be equipped with multi contour massage seats
