  • What is the value of the Oldest Ford?

  • Lord, Mr.Ford, what have you done?

  • lol imagine that car in The Fast and The Furious!!!

  • The man who drives that would probly be pretty hardcore.

  • wonderful vehicle!!!

  • why does a australian have it an american should and ford is going out of business

  • No they're not. Ford is the only one of the big three not asking for a bailout.

  • Well get used to it!

China owns pretty much all the US now, well the debt at least. The decline of the American Empire is underway.

    LOL

  • we had an empire?

  • Good cars are loved the world over.

  • Beautiful restoration of a VERY historically significant auto, but you would be more accurate to say it is the oldest product of the current Ford Motor Company. The very first and hence oldest auto built (in 1896) by Henry Ford and is THE oldest Ford in the world is on display at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan, U.S.A. Henry also built and sold other autos before the current company was formed in 1903. Some of them survive. Again, beautiful restoration/ great video.

  • Thank you for this interesting contribution. I appreciate you telling me.

  • Very Good Video and awesome restoration job on the 1903 Ford. Ive never restored anything that old, But i enjoy finding old cars and giving them a second chance at life.

Abit of a history lesson aswell. I believe if the world today would take time and pride in the past. This world would be a much more calm and better place. Again, "Great Job"

  • HI I am glad you enjoyed seeing this magnificent 1903 Model A Ford. What amazes me is that Francis Ransley owns & has restored a HUGE collection of fully restored Veteran Cars..all in 'mint' condition. Many are 100 years old. They are all on Display at the "Wonders of Wynyard" Tasmania. Very impressive exhibition.

    Best wishes, Mary The Supergrannny

  • I love it that headlights were an option, that is so amazing!

  • now 105 years

  • Hi Mary

Once again, you have done a super job on this video! What a beautiful piece of machinery!! He did a wonderful job on it, and I'll bet he had a lot of fun doing it...can you imagine what it was like to have a car like that in 1903...now, that would have been "the bees knees"!! Keep 'em coming Mary...you're awesome!!

  • What a GREAT Video Mary.

I am sure this car was built right up the road from me.

"They don't make them like they use to" takes on a whole new meaning when you see this Beauty.

The Museum in Austrailia sounds like a MUST SEE for all for go there.

Keep up the great work. I would love to see other places of interest in your beautiful country.

  • Hi Mary,

Life was simpler then wasn't it! Well, how would we know, we weren't born yet, but it sure is a beautiful car. Loved it!

  • What an interesting hobby!

It takes real belief to pursue a vision that no one else can clearly see at the onset. People like Henry Ford, perhaps all inventors and innovators, are willing to swim upstream while most others prefer take the easy ride down. There's a lot of merit in going against the flow once in a while, isn't there?

    Fun Video, Mary!
