No she did not. It was an accident caused by a wake of the boat. He was not intoxicated. Although this is such an incredibly sad event, I believe the boat driver wake up and relives every moment of this tragedy. He was found not guilty in a Plano, Tx courthouse.

Actually, Plano Tx court records say it was an accident. To which i dont have to be there. There are thousands of propeller accidents every year. Its very Disheartening to see this happen to you daughter, but that does not mean it was entirely his fault. Court records also say she was hit in the head by the boat, and this entire thing was caused by a wake. Although you may not believe it, 12 others did, it was an accident. He may not deserve it, but you should forgive him.

I just lost my best friend to an accident recently, my heart goes out to all who are all missing this young girl.I plan on reading her dad's book. She seems like an amazing girl. No. Unfortunately I never got to meet her. We lived about 5 min from the lake she was murdered at. (by that I mean the man who was drunk boating) My daughter had met her and knew her brother through mutual friends. Her death has affected so many people and I just wanted to make a vid for her.
