WE dont get these, these are simply new moves for NPC's in Campain battles. Notice how the high rated comment posted, their all campain comanders, and the last one being duskraven. Those weapon skills arnt for us to have, except three, ones that are used through the new eapons.

It would be cool if the Spear WS for DRG would temporarily bind an enemy since he threw it, but your weapon will come back after the bind is over.

And if you used it in conjunction with super jump you'll have a bigger range.

These are not real there custom animations the two types of "special" weapon skills are Relic and mythic, these are either fake ones or hes just used the quested ones

These are all WSs from Campaign generals. I've tried my best to translate, but unfortunately, I found it easier just to look up the generals on FFXIclopedia and copy their WS names and their battle cries. Sometimes SE translated their battle cries directly, and other times they were a bit more lenient and rough with the wording. So, in the order of the video, here are the WSs, their generals, and their battle cries.

Yeah I can't read much, but it does say Campaign in the beginning. Plus I've seen a few of these done, and I'm assuming that the models of the characters that do them are the ones on screen. Like that Napalm Tamohawk looks like Invicible Shield. But hell yes I'd love Uriel Blade, Spine Chiller and Prominence.
