Couture was a very good fighter its a shame it took him so long to put his skills and game plan so late in the game. He was a beast back when old school was in their prime, chuck liddell, tito ortiz, vitor, kevin randleman. But he no longer finish a fight against top contenders, brandon vera fight was cheated out of it, mark coleman even further from prime than couture, james toney easy win for wrestler. He cant compete with lightheavy weights top 10 because their no longer one dimesional.
i dont think randy will be champ again but he will always be in the running for it but i dont think he has the ability to keep up with the elite light heavyweights in the ufc anymore but that doesnt mean other fighters should forget about him he can still be one of the top 5 in that divison
