Just like any other political position The SCOTUS should be a term limit position. I would consider 12 yrs on the bench because 4 yrs and or 6yrs is little time to accomplish anything. Thank God the POTUS is a term position (2 terms) Congress should be that also....2 and done if elected. Supreme Court positions should be a nation wide popular vote position this would be the majority of the ppl speaking. Life time positions on the bench does not trend with society as a whole.
