Salam bro, it means, Oh god, I have obeyed your order listened to your command .. because you know when Ibrahim peace be upon him built the kaaba god ordered him to call to the people to to the kaaba etc .. so we are obeying gods command from that time, and we say labakya allahuma labayk, hope that helps.

Assalamu 'Alaikoem brother,

I have now Subwoover box and turned a bit harder to hear it loud and clear and it's really hard to say it's a 'instrumental beat'. What I know and heard is that a daff can make various sounds matters on the way you slap it, like in the middle, side with the palm or fingers etc. But brother don't rely on my answer for I don't want to be hold accountable for anyone here but my opinion only is that it's very hard to say this is an instrumental sound.
