The truth is they know for a fact that they were torturing terrorists because they were captured fighting for Alcida so they are enemy war combatants not criminals and should be tortured for any info they have then just put down like the dogs they are. And no the Geneva Conventions Are not relevant because they only apply to the countries and or parties that signed them and they did not. Neither would they if asked to. The Geneva Convention defines torture, and so does the Military Code of Justice.
