I completely understand where you're coming from. I've been reading of several cases where men have been falsely accused of rape and imprisoned. I personally know 3 guys who have been wrongly accused. One girl my cousin met in a club lied about her age and told him she was 19, had sex with him, then reported him to the police as to save her reputation. Because the girl was under age, he ended up in jail. The courts weren't to concerned on whether or not he was aware of the girls actual age.
As far as video taping goes, the girl may disapprove of that. I'm not sure about America, but here in the UK it's against the law to video tape a girl during sex without her knowledge. You've done an excellent job articulated my own thoughts. It just goes to show you that there are many men that think similarly and realize there's no justice but it may very well take something horrible happening to 90% of innocent men before 50% of innocent men take these issues seriously.

BTW, I consider the legal rape men face worse than the physical rape of women. Don't believe me? Ask a woman would she rather be raped or lose contact with her children and be forced to impoverish herself paying for the privilege. Or serve 20 years for a crime that never occurred and be listed on a sex offender registry for life.
As for prison rape, it is not a single event but ongoing, serial, often, gang rapes. Anal rapes that can lead to hemorrhaging and/or an HIV death sentence.

I completely understand where you're coming from. I've been reading of several cases where men have been falsely accused of rape and imprisoned. I personally know 3 guys who have been wrongly accused. One girl my cousin met in a club lied about her age and told him she was 19, had sex with him, then reported him to the police as to save her reputation. Because the girl was under age, he ended up in jail. The courts weren't to concerned on whether or not he was aware of the girls actual age.

As far as video taping goes, the girl may disapprove of that. I'm not sure about America, but here in the UK it's against the law to video tape a girl during sex without her knowledge. A well known TV presenter here may be facing a prison sentence because he secrectly video taped females while he had sex with them without them knowing.
