I've seen this great movie maybe 4-5 times on TCM. Your clip pretty much sums it up. If anybody has the fantastic theme, please post it! I think it was by Henry Mancini.
I saw this movie once on TV in about 1967 and this is all I remember of it. I didn't see the entire film, however.
They're on the roof of some government building, where he's taken her to get married. He takes her up to the roof before the ceremony, gets her to sit on the edge, kisses her, and pushes her off.
