I've noticed over the past couple wks tht a lot of mac's items, b it either shadows, lip glasses, lip sticks, etc. r VERY VERY SIMILAR 2 1nother if u dnt pay close attention u cnt even tell they're tht different, which inspires me 2of course continue 2buy mac bc everything is gorgeous&glamorous&watnot, but 2also b very careful 2not get 2carried away w/it there r cheaper alternatives which give the same gr8 looks@an affordable price! :)

i don't think anyone can see that they're the same but they are! LMAO all are at least 2 shades darker or 2 shades lighter. that's crazy. i notice this with most makeup brands. the trick is price & consistency lol. you'll end up with a color that's worth it <3

It's probably "Lincoln Park After Dark" (OPI) it's a purple polish that looks black from a distance b/c it's so dark (she said she loves that color in her nail vid so that's why I'm thinking that's it)

A pigment is just a non-pressed eyeshadow so it comes in a jar. And a pressed eyeshadow comes in the snap open and closed, flat containers.

They all look different to me. I have 2- 3 of them and they look different. I think it depends on what you are using it for. Pigments has so many uses compared to eyeshadows though. Just my opinion.

Just so you know, anything that says "Haul" usually means she's going to talk about her favorite items or tell us about something she's tried. Even if it doesn't say haul, within about 3 seconds of the video, she tells what it's going to be about. Just close it and don't watch once you realize it's not a tutorial.

Mutiny and Early Spring look very similar in the jar, but not swatched. Too Dolly and Early Spring are very similar, and Mood Ring is way lighter than the other three.

They're not exactly the same... but even if they were, why does this surprise you? Not every single brand is going to come up with a completely unique color line... there are only so many colors in the world, and they have to pick popular colors for marketing reasons.
