There are 1,776 crimes per 100,000 for Japanese citizens, and 2,380 per 100,000 for foreigners. Koreans account for about alittle more than half of crime by foreigners, which is about the SAME as Japanese citizen crime.
Crime is bad of course, but I think for people taxed without representation, it could be worse.

They're seriously fucked up to say that and in need of a good beating in the head. It's actually also the Japanese government that is protecting them, like conservative and nationalist politicians and governors who have lots of power with links to business.
The sad part is the US was the main cause of these issues, since after WW2, the US didn't force Japan to own up like Germany did (due to Jewish power in the West)
