Uuugh it just so unrealistic. The way the puck is handled and the ways the goalies saves etc. Just a horrible game imo. Why can't they make something half decent like fifa series? I remember nhl 1996 having better collusion programming than this.

this is a really superb game. anyone certainly can have the complete version for 100 % free. just google ps3bigskydownload and look at the first link. it is a real enjoyable and very cool game. take joy in!

NHL 09 for XBOX360 and PS3 sucks, and NHL 10 sucks too, almost as much as 09

2004 is by far the best one! I played that for my ps2 all the way up to NHL 2209 that i got for my xbox and was some what dissapointed :(

I found it okay.

Later I got a Ps3 ant then i bought nhl 09 for PS

It's such a big different.

@MightOfCologne Then you must of had a crappy pc because they are the same. If you play on default settings, ya its going to look like shit tweak them a bit, change to a higher resolution and higher details

It looks NHL 2009 because EA uses the same motor again in every NHL on PC. That's why NHLs suck at PC.

It is such a shame that EA makes diferences between consoles and PC's, why not give all of the version the same features and stuff...they kept the 09 version for PC the same ever since 07 or even waay back ,they like only updated the roster... :(. It's like being forced to buy a next gen console , damn this marketing strategy...

you're missing the easiest way to score a goal, which is the fake-a-shot, do manual deke afterwards. Works 10/10 times, I'm winning all games with 20-30 goals on the hardest difficulty... pretty boring when ovechkin has 130 goals at the end of the season and the lowest scorer has over 50 in the team.

it looks alot like easy, and the goalies wouldnt let in these shots even on medium m8, u must be on easy... and if u are then i dont blame u, coz the goalies are impossible in medium and hard

Actually they aren't. I have no idea how long I've filmed this video. It took a alot of time to get all this on video. They're hard but not imbossible. Sometimes it goes in mate! :)

One timers are the usual way how to make a goal in the hardest difficults. It's about practice and luck. I have to admit that I didn't actually win any game in the hardest difficulty. ^^

Hardest difficulties are very easy on now days NHL.

If you try NHL 2004, it is much more harder than the new ones.

I don't think so. PC version is just a different game that PS3 and XBOX 360. It sucks actually.

No we haven't tried it yet. I've just heard that it uses same motors and PC version. So I'm afraid that it's going to be the same game. :/
