what the fuck am i suppose to do when the landlord and the owner doesnt care about the roach infestation problem in my apartment even though ive kept it spic and span clean and they still dont give a shit when they dont even come around to help clean or fix up the place to where no more roaches are in the apartment. i cant get anyone to come out to my apartment to fix this problem. they neglect the entire apartment complex entirely.

I have had good luck with boric acid lightly dusted with a powder duster(ebay) behind appliances and in the cracks and crevices and also mixed half and half with hot chocolate mix as bait in bottle caps.

@moxtr I have used countless boric acid formulations, with and without attractants, and I have never had repeatable 100% success. I have had better success with diatomaceous earth, but it still is not anywhere near as effective as the Avert material referenced above. I have treated well over 10,000 homes in the last 20 years with Avert with consistent, total, control.

I have tried almost all of the 'home remedies' and haven't been impressed with any of them.

Last yr when I sprayed it was very effective and when I see a roach it is dead...now I am noticing some small live ones do you know of a home remedy?

@goldenpassages If you see roaches, dead, live, babies, it wasn't effective. 1 female roach can produce a half million baby roaches in a year. If you don't get them ALL, it didn't work.
