Oh god, i got this phone and i absolutely hate it with a passion. Not just the way it looks but the 5.1 windows mobile software is horrible, and it took a minute or two just for it to load my contacts, i can take pictures because if i wait to long it goes right back to the home screen, same with long text messages, and it wont download picture messages or even send them. Don't buy it.

For everyone that doesn't know this, the point of this phone is FLIP form factor, and it's a first so give Pantech a thumbs up. If you're going to say anything about this phone you should mention it was the FIRST FLIP smart phone before you go into how hard it is to type. Get a laptop if you want to type fast.

Thanks for this valuable info. In NZ, Telecom is selling it as the Okta Agent - their own re-branding. I have been deliberating whether to get this or not. I think you have helped me make my decision now I have seen it being used.

Verizon has always done well with cell phones and I am not at all dissappointed with this one, the fact that you can take pictures and things are the only things an average person wants.
