I don't even have an xbox yet lol. Mainly cos there aren't too many games out there I'd play much. Most of them I'd play the campaign and leave it. Only awesome games like GoW3 and Halo CEA, I'd get for multiplayer.

If you want to play games but not purchase them fully, borrow it from a friend or even rent it. Here in the UK you even get cashback on games traded.

It's not so much avoided, it's more of timing. updating when it's hot, an doing it the time the ban wave begins or is about to it's to obvious.

If you wait until it's over then update, it's like going under the radar, an trying to spot a needle in a hack stack.

Put it this way, from late october, go offline an come back around late december, gurantee you won't be banned like your friends or others.

How true, because many gamers LOVE the idea of making in-game modifications. Heck, Excite Bike was the first game I went crazy with in-game modding. I also used the debug the crap out of Sonic 2 with the debug code (which I had memorized along with the super sonic cheat). It give the game a whole new level of playability and replay value. Halo 3 touched on in game modding a bit as well.

It did before but now it will also disable your HDD which means that u wont be able to save games on your HDD and load profiles...if you'll put your HDD to an unbaned console it will work fine though
