In my test, every letter came out different.
No 2 letters were the same.
When you enlarge the letters (by 2500 times), you will find that Obama’s birth cert. had 17 exact matches.

As Obama Sr was born in the Kenya Colony and Protectorate, the BNA 1948, Part II Sec 5 allowed him to confer British citizenship directly to one generation, without consul registry. The US birth certificate, released by Obama on April 27, '11, documents the circumstances of the birth.

Birth Certificates are issued by licensed medical facilities and include documentations of weight, length, finger or foot prints, attending physicians, embossed State Seal, etc.
Certificates of Live Birth are issued upon testimony to register a birth which did not take place at a licensed medical facility (like a birth at home, at sea, in a taxi, etc.).
FACT: Obama has produced a COLB, not a BC.
Mystery: Official Kenyan BC, and 'delusional' family members who witnessed his birth in Kenya. :S

Besides the document's printing issues, even if BHO was born on Mars, my impression of him would remain the same.

They also don't meet the federal standard. The nordyke twins certificates also came from the state and not the hospital. Hawaii issues BCs and COLBs, as requested from/by/via its licensed medical facilities (e.g. KMGH).
Being a former document specialist from a large commercial printing company, there ARE several printing issues with that document, visible in its imagery. Health Dept. employees are not Printers.

It's not questionable at all. The COLB was issued by the state of Hawaii and is the legal document used for getting a license, passport, ID, etc. You see that statement on the original one released in 2008? This document serves as prima facie evidence of birth in any court proceeding.
