Theres another way to do the same kind of thing. get some oil or gas, a wide and tall cup, and LIQUID soap. fill the cup with water, not all the way, pour some gas in the water, once its in the water, pour a little soap into the water, the same thing happens

It does the same if you use food colour. If you get a bowl of milk and put a few drops of colour in it then dip a cotton swab in some dish soap and just tap the surface it moves like that.
