  • Love this song!

  • No offense to Frank but at this age he (Frank) had kind of lost his voice and he kind of just spoke to a tune, but Dean his voice was like fine wine, it got better with age.

  • happy birthday dean

  • A most wonderful man who has given me so much pleasure, thanks Dino and RIP from the cuban

  • 1 of Deans Best.

  • How do you explain the fact that Dean Martin's speaking voice sounds different than his singing voice?

  • Wow, this song really touched me, and I've never heard it. In what album is this song on? I'ts one my new favorites right after "Volare".

  • Gorgeous voice without much effort.

BTW, his hair was dyed this color when his next wife, who was the receptionist in a hair salon, started messing with his hair each week. One week grey, the next blonde, the next dark. He was actually grey in the mid-sixties but dyed his hair black. He let the grey come through in Airport, which was his true salt n pepper look. Handsome in any color.

  • I just read that he had 13 kids, wow!

  • @linda1067

Where did you read that? He had 7 kids and one adopted from his 3rd wife

  • @DeanMartinForever --I read it in google. I am sorry. I asked: How many kids did Dean Martin have? and there were answers saying that he he had 13! Check it out>

  • @linda1067

don't worry:) Maybe he did have more than 7 kids, nobody knows;)

  • @DeanMartinForever With such a long career I wonder how many performers know about long lost children? ...the men anyway. I kinda think that a woman would know how many she had. LOL

  • @linda1067 my grandfather had 13 kids...

  • @linda1067 13 kids ? with one woman ?! WoW :) .

  • What a talent, Loved this song even as a 6 yr old. Dino's voice is as smooth as silk.

  • They just don't make em like this anymore...\:

  • All the women wanted him, And all men wanted to be like him. An amazing man.

  • I have an orgasm every time I see or him he just does something to me .....

  • Great song, sung by one of the greatest entertainers....smooth!

  • This song makes me cry every time that I hear it. He is gorgeous. I miss him. I watched him every Thursday night with my Mother. She let me stay up until 10 on

school nights to watch this man. What a wonderful man who is sorrily missed.

  • I never heard this song thanks for the post what album is it on. Dino was and is still the "King of Cool". He was sooooo smooth too!

  • Très belle chanson interprétée avec élégance par Dean Martin.

  • I love him!

  • This is by far one of my fav. Dean Martin songs. Thanks for the post

  • never heard this song..its great...how come he never recorded it

  • Oh that was the album when he was wearing the golf cap with DINO written on it.I remember it.

  • This was 1972, and Dino's voice was a bit in decline, which showed in his album "What's Yesterday", his last album to chart. But the coolness is still, and remained for a long time to come. Still the King of Cool.

  • What a great song by Dean,I remember when it first came out,I believe it was on a country album.Dino was my favorite.

  • heck yes he did.

  • I was 11 when this song was first out , the first 45 i ever had, the second being Brian Hylands "The Joker Went Wild" Dean was the very best ever, class all the way, Jerry Lewis, a great man in his own right to this day but never never as great as his former partner Dean

  • You are right but afther 1973 he turned to that darkgrey color but that suited him much better then this golden/blond color

  • Yea, I kinda knew it was a dye job.Either way black or "gold" or a "hair piece" ie Francis...Frank and Dino are still the BEST! Not only years of smoking but In 88 Dino was really hit hard by the loss of his son in 87.Did you get to see him perform?

  • There are people who prolong your life ...

  • Dino went grey or golden awful fast. Still " King Of Cool ".

  • Well he went grey when he was 53, before that he was straight black without one grey hair, not a lot of people who have that luck

  • It is possible, or probable, that Dean began having his hair colored at the beginning of his series, then loosened up about it gradually. I recall Mary Tyler Moore in an interview spilling the beans about her own hair-- she turned prematurely grey, and it was dyed as early as the Dick Van Dyke Show. I recall the reports at the time when Dean's new hair was described as "red" in the press. Asked about it, Dean said it was his producer Greg Garrison's idea, and he trusted his judgment.

  • beautiful song... they really should go thru all his songs and make some new cd of Dino...

    just terrific

  • and , often, his "live " version is actually better than the recorded one - check out 'Born to Lose " or " By the Time I get to Phoenix " on his TV show as compared against the albeit wonderful album versions - "live " he just adds another layer and a depth that eludes even the best studio versions .Plus , he had great hair , which you can see on TV !

  • that hair is so cool.

    class :)

  • it has been 37 years since I first heard this on the album " dino " - and I loved this : if anything, this "live ' version is even better.

He is a revelation the more I listen and the more I see him sing the "live " versions , even as he grew older . Anyone else feel this way ?

  • yep sure do. I've only known him a year but I'm always searching youtube vids. Plus I'm only 15. He still gets all us girls! lol

  • I tried to view this a week ago and it said it was deleted? What's the deal? GLAD it plays now though!

  • Awesome thank you for posting this. I never saw him sing it till now.

Do you by any chance have one of him singing Kiss the world goodbye? That is also on the same album but I have never found it online.

  • Why did this video get deleted? Pisses me off!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you so much for posting this I always loved this song and never saw him do it. thanks again.

  • This is one of my favorite songs by Dean Martin. I wonder if this has to do with his marriage that

crumbled with Jeanne. I am so glad that they were together when he passed away. Everyone has only one love, and they loved each other very much. I like the message in this song.

  • Great singer.

  • Thanks for a beautiful song by a beautiful singer. He is just so beautiful and smoooth and gorgeous! YUM YUM

  • Thanks AGAIN for another great video clip!

  • Excellent video, He's a great singer!!!
