i took this flight when ca981 didnt come straight to jfk from beijing. it used to leave beijing and land in detroit. now its just 1 flight from jfk to beijing back and forth. i take this flight also to go back to china haha. and plus the captains of this flight are not always the same. the captains of the flight i took spoke good english but with heavy accent.

when i do long flights like there was on i did from LAX to dubai, put the route is not a straight line so when i do fly i just go straight an ATC are keep telling me to turn left, turn right so what do i do so i dont end up on the wrong route???

Haha i just flew from Los Angeles (LAX) to New York (JFK) in a Concorde in 1h-30m. It Was Awesome...Planning on taking off from JFK and is going to head to Hong Kong later tonight. Its going to be a red eye flight :D

yes people actually fly that long. The longest international flight i believe is around 16 hours.

@im1knight no! the longest flight nowadays is about 25 hours long!!! from auckland newzealand to london uk with the airbus a380 and people do fly that long but you can increase the time like x16 the speed or even x128 if you do x128 youll be in JFK in bout 2-5 minutes

@closemee There is no route from Auckland to London served by the A380. The closest thing is Auckland to Los Angeles to London served by the Air New Zealand 747. Newark-Singapore with the Singapore Airlines A340-500 is the longest non-stop commercial route - just under 19 hours.

welp do reshearch!!! (not wanting this to turn in to an argument) but in emirates there are routes from nz to london non stop, but its changed mostly to fly from sydney or melboune to london non stop and its still 22-23 hours flight go and reshearch XDD

@closemee I reckon you should do some research. I don't want this to turn into an argument either, but it's plain fact that you can't fly directly from New Zealand to London. When flying with Emirates from Melbourne and Sydney to London, you have to have a stopover at Dubai. Same goes with Auckland, but you would have to stopover in Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane in addition to the stopover in Dubai. Qantas has stopovers in Singapore and Bangkok for flights from Sydney and Melbourne to London.

I didn't.... AI traffic works differently from downloaded aircraft. U can't fly AI aircraft unless u put a panel and sound in there ( which is what i did to almost all of my AI aircraft so i can fly them)

well um..... for the real planes which i download, some of them suck, and some won't work. I know if i don't use AI i can have all the rudder moving and door opening and stuff, but i don't want my game 2 crash and it's really the easiest way to just convert AI traffic...

thanks. The real flight is 12 hours and 45 minutes, but in simulator i just keep it at 16x speed at most of the time, so it took like 4 hours to fly to JFK.
