First of all, you need to shut up and stop complaining. If you dont want anyone to call you late on the vp... just turn your vp off at night & its not going to ringing/flashing. if its turned off... ITS NOT THAT HARD! whats wrong with everyone? god.
Two Psychology possibilities: #1-you hurt your "friend"'s feeling in the past so he/she gives you a hard time by calling you after nine. #2-Your "friend" is very lonesome and finds you as a very good listener. Two possible solutions: apologize to your "friend" that you hurt in the past or be patient listening your lonesome "friend." Life is short!

My suggestion is turn off the flasher before you go to bed. That would exclude the emergencies from your family and friends. It sucks. Even with better technology, we still can't win anything! LOL.
