What a slap in the face to Obama and the Pelosi creature. I was jumping up and down in my computer room that night when I heard the results. And I hope the Boston Globe's readership goes down the toilet. (Did you see/hear they reported Crowley winning 8 hrs. before the polls closed?!?) Anyway, talk about an *interesting* year ahead of us, eh?

Time may be short, so stock up long..The market drop reflects some displeasure with the political situation. Pelosi and co. need a "breather", and Obama wants to reach out to Main Street. Ben Bernanke goes from man of the year, to fall guy of the week.. I sure hope people don't fall for this. Strange things happen when there's blood in the water...

Thank you for the common sense advice, I can always rely on you for a calming influence. A few newsletters back, I read Bop Chapman indicating TPTB would make mistakes because of the escalating public awareness about our economy, etc. Thank you again, and God Bless you ! Thanks Mike. I have noticed a lot of people keep referring to the United States as a democracy( The US is a Republic), There is a big difference. One is mob rule, the other is rule by laws.

Great points, Mike (& Maggie). I applaude Scott Brown and the people of Mass. However, like you, I'm not confident the American public realizes just how significant this election was to the "big picture" of American politics. Today, we saw a lot of gun shy Democrats in the news, and a few who are unphased. I agree, the collapse will speed up from here. The "powers that be" realize that America is waking up and its time to push their agenda at an excellerated rate.
