Listen up people,this is how the system works.The Obama Administration just wants to give people the impression that they are doing "something".The Making Home Affordable program is managed by a bunch of college students working for a nonprofit organization. They are idiots.There is zero value to modify a loan that should never have been approved - the workers in the program just want your information to include in their statistics.This program is not going to help anyone - unless you are black.

Yes, Bank of America is the EXACT same story. We were given the same treatment. We followed their guidelines for temporary trial period payments and after the third payment, was sent a DENIED letter. So, we tried NACA, same crap! We've been waiting for a loan modification for 2 yrs...it DOES NOT EXIST!! We decided NOT to make anymore mortgage payments.  Tired of the freakin' run around. Banks are NOT helping anyone!!

Bank of America is the same, they keep saying we are working on your loan mod but they never do any thing. so it goes long enough you will never  get caught up on paymets

OMG, everything you said happened to me also, I kept getting the run around and this was from NationStar Mortgage in Texas.

The exact same thing happened to me only it took 14 months for them to deny me and I even got a foreclosure notice before I even got a denial letter!! Even though I paid my trial payment on time every month, they still wanted my full payment for all 14 months and now we are in the foreclosure process. I have equity in my home and dont want to lose it!! Do not use PNC Bank-you will get screwed!!!

We have had similar issues with Wellsfargo. My wife is paying 7% interest on a $440,000 loans and my home is now worth $250,000. Our income has been cut in half since the buying the home in 2005 and I have had two tours to Afghanistan. We plan on stop paying the loan and let Wellsfargo enjoy the loss and the home. They have done nothing but ask for more paper work each month. It seems like Wellsfargo wants us to defauf. Do you get a bailout if we default?

The banks never had any intentions of helping people. Chase was a complete joke to deal with for a loan modification.
