I remember this guy always brought a lot of grief for casters, almost never dropped the Leggings of Channeled Elements, big squabbles when they would actually drop. Best pants in the game for a mage until you down Illidan Stormrage. Back then anyhow.
The warriors and paladins in my guild would beg to differ on that since we never saw one lol. they would get pissed every tuesday when we would do Mt. Hyjal.
yea, trash is harder then this boss. But all you have to do is make sure casters take their time and use mana pots if needed. EVERY caster hsould be wearing shadow resist gear and if ur about at 20%, GET OUT OF THE RAID...
Mark of Kaz'rogal: A debuff inflicted on all mana users in the raid. Drains 600 mana per second for 5 sec. If mana is reduced to zero by the debuff, the target detonates for 10.213 to 11.287 AoE damage. Resistable but not Dispellable..... This video says it wrong.
WHile learning this fight healers, at the least, should try to rock around 150-200 SR. This is not a healing intensive fight, and kaz does not hit that hard, except when he cleaves(we put CoR on him when we realised this).
The first time we killed him the only ones up were 4 healers, the tank and our melee dps due to the fight lasting upwards of 5mins because of an unlucky detonation. With 150-200 SR you can expect to resist almost all Marks until he starts spamming it.

no they won't, so druid healers are usually the last ones alive if dps is slow since they can switch forms
