im using 2 sheets of 1/4" baltic birch for a 32" board, and im 170 lbs. will this work for me?

@foof505 it will break unless it is a strong shape, and even with a stronger shape it will be flexy. with 3 1/4 inch plies you would be set as long as the shape wasnt weak.

Heyjust wondering, for the concave did you use a dimm press? and if you did, is the concave somewhaat more sqaurish the rounded like a tub? i want to make a topmount freeride/speed one with like 1 inch of concave. so please respond

Hey i finished my board.. i used 6 1/8 bb and i just rode it today.. on one side it makes a tiny crackling noise it scares me that i may find out it either may be snapping or the glue didnt stay put properly in that particular spot.. or hopefully someone will tell me it needs to break in..??? what would you say??

@FugereLongboarder fiberglass is used to make it stronger. if you put fiberglass on it will make it stiffer.

@PERRONmedia it rides nice. very stiff and stable. i have been working on a v-lam concept board that i should finish sometime soon.
